Watching from above...

The grandeur of northern Michigan can calm, haunt or absolve. And for one fallow teacher, this backdrop proved too much. One chilly night, the tortured soul is lured to the shores of Lake Michigan by an indescribable force. He is unnerved by the circumstances but utterly confounded by his inability to turn back! No one can run from fate, and the narrator's awaits him in the frigid black waters...
