The U.S. Intelligence Communities’ Intelink is under attack by a rogue hacking group- STORM. Recruiting the talent of super-hacker Dutch, STORM journeys to Compound Five, a combat training facility of the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, to attack the Intelink. This is not the hack Dutch had anticipated, as he finds himself alongside the STORM hackers pitted against SEAL Team Six.
