Sir James Flickerflame and Wain the Barbarian never set out to be two stalwart heroes saving the world from eternal evil. Sir James would much prefer to lead Vespers at the chapel on the corner and Wain would rather hang out in the local bars and instigate drunken brawls. But through the machinations of fate (and their boss) somehow these two ordinary fellows wind up battling the wicked.
