Jessica is just out of college, and quickly discovering how to manipulate men to satisfy her particular desires, mostly sexual and, often, somewhat sadistic. Nothing compares with the joy of having a man under her control, particularly if he is in need of punishment or if Jessica can think of any excuse, however tenuous, to punish him.

Jessica skill at domination has been acquired mainly by trial and error. Her friend Kate has given her advice about men in the past, but Kate is away on an extended holiday in Australia. Faced with the decision of whether to continue her education or to take a break, Jessica decides a gap year is a good idea. Visiting Australia while Kate is there seems attractive, and working in a vineyard for a while would be ideal, but the vineyard owner has desires of his own and Jessica needs to use all her skills to keep him in his place.
