In 1866 Fort Collins reported a robbery that came with the massacre and death of twelve troopers under the command of Sergeant Moses Washington. Moses survived the bloody onslaught and was the only living witness to the atrocity. He was hired by the War Crime Commission to find Benson and Willard Krowley. Moses found them and in a horrific battle both Krowleys were killed, but by 1869, cousins Maynard, Drew and Henry Krowley crawled out of the rubble of Civil War and with them came the murderous Krowley Kin and Klan. The No Witness No Crime killers were back in business, and again, Moses is asked to help his country stop the Krowleys reign of terror.
