A thirteen year old boy witnesses a small plane crash and the sole survivor asks for a favor with his dying breath. Roy Wallace has no idea that the request will make him rich and at the same time have two notorious druglords searching for the money as well. The druglords also learn a hard lesson while in the small bootlegging community as they search for their money.
