Susan, a young White House staffer comes across a money black market being run in Vietnam by the administration to help finance the President’s 1968 re-election campaign. People who discover the black market are being murdered. When a man, Susan believes to be the murderer approaches her, she escapes. With the help of a Navy SEAL Susan travels to Vietnam, and uncovers the black market.
