Microsoft Project Scheduling: Multiple Shift Work

CCL was conducting a recent CPM training seminar when a question was asked about
scheduling in shifts using Microsoft Project. Microsoft Project does not recognize
shifts. This creates challenges especially when the work is occurring during multiple
shifts in a day.
