Now You See Him...

Young Everett Daniels discovers that his inventor friend Mr. Applepie’s new device doesn’t destroy things like the raincoat he used to test its effects as it seemed to, rather it makes them permanently invisible.
The complication for Everett is 18 year old ne’er-do-well Thigamus Wumpkus who happens to be spying in through the inventor’s workshop window when Everett discovers the raincoat’s new property. Thig steals the coat and commits several robberies undetected. The challenge for Everett, aided by his sister Bernice and his buddy Weyland, is to safely steal the coat back from nasty Thig and then to try to return the cash, credit cards, and keys that Thig stole without having to explain to any adult about the coat that makes you invisible.
When Thig steals the invention device itself so he can make anything and everything he wants invisible, Everett must use the coat to get the pieces back while convincing Thig that he is being instructed by “the spirit of right actions” not to steal.
