Humans immigrated to Earth in two waves, each affected biologically and mentally in different ways. The changes were subtle with one exception: those who came first had forgotten nearly all of the philosophical and scientific knowledge accumulated over millennia. Those who came later have been known throughout history as 'The Elite.'
