My Health, My Way

This is the story of my journey from stage four cancer (breast and colon tumor) to good health. A colorectal tumor was removed surgically, and I was told to have six weeks of chemotherapy, with radiation in the middle of the course of treatment. I declined, went home, and proceeded to heal myself through meditation, diet changes, talking to my body and jumping on a mini trampoline. It took five years and a lot of hard work, but with the support and help of my husband, a very talented healer, I am now happy and healthy, fifteen years after the surgery.
