During a particularly harsh winter, the abductions of several local men has the town of Greendale gripped in fear. Anti-social high school sophomore Naomi Shirayuki doesn't pay close attention to the crimes, until her cousin Kai becomes the latest victim. Forced to come out of her emotional shell, Naomi has to save Kai from the clutches of a fearsome demon before it's too late.
