Parapoints were created by an unknown intelligence to link planets by instantaneous travel. Dubois, a navigator, enters a parapoint and exits fifteen years late. He subsequently discovers the reason for the delay, the parapoint creators and a threat to mankind. First and foremost an adventure story, this novel also questions accepted tenets associated with space, time, our origins and beliefs.
