Being a ghost is tough. Spiritual guides are currently under siege, too busy to help everyone who dies. When I passed, no one came—no mentor, personal trainer, not even another disembodied spirit with a word of advice. I'm on my own, a self-made ghost and don't mind saying I'm struggling. Thus far, I haven’t found my way. And yet the urge to go 'bump in the night' is impossible to resist.
