Mom's Family Favorite Yeast Recipes: Essentials and Treats

This collection is of my family’s favorite and most requested yeast recipes. My daughter’s friends have been known to choose the muffuletta bread over cupcakes. Making and sharing tasty food for my family is one of my greatest joys.
Most of the recipes included use the bread machine to knead the dough. I have tried kneading by hand, using a dough hook on my mixer and a dough blade in my food processor, but I received the most consistent results by using the dough setting on my bread machine. Using the bread machine for the kneading is also easier on me due to a bulging disk in my neck.
