Bubble Boy

Jake would like school if it wasn't for Augustine. She constantly picks on him and makes his life miserable. They agree to be enemies. If it wasn't for Ben, his best friend, Jake wouldn't know how he'd make it through the day until dismissal.
One day, Ben offers him a piece of gum. Not just any gum, it is a flavor he has never tried before. Jake starts to chew and before he knows what's going on, something remarkable happens. Something that is so impossible that he tries to keep it a secret, afraid that people would think he was a freak. Jake had no idea that all of this would lead to an event that would force him to make a decision that could mean life and death for Augustine.
