In Apprehension How Like a God

It is the year 2120 and the internet had been freed. Released from the confines of computer networks, it overlays reality and is administered by the Academy. When a member of the Academy is found dead under bizarre circumstances, Detective Conroy must find the killer. But how can he solve a murder in a world where reality itself can be reprogrammed?
