Benedict Mason becomes involved in an armed robbery of some fabulous diamonds, but then the robbers are themselves robbed. So starts a hectic chase to find the diamonds, with the police, insurers and more than one set of thieves all trying to lay hands on the stones. Ben meets the beautiful Jenny and together become embroiled in a dangerous game of cat and mouse with ruthless criminals.
