The US election has been won- now Congress must agree to budgetary measures to see the US through the next year. Again the focus will be tax increases on the rich and the Republicans will fight those increases. But it doesn't need to be this way.The solution is simple, take the decision of tax rates away from bickering politicians and give it to the people, where the power belongs, in a democracy.
