Memories of an Alzheimers Night Nurse

Robert was a night nurse on a unit that specialised in the care of the elderly mentally ill. Only when he arrived the patients weren't being cared for as they should have been. This is his story of how the unit was greatly improved so that patients were properly cared for, families were made to feel that their loved ones were safe and the nurses began to feel a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
