Jess Lawton has what she views as a dubious gift; she can often see the future or the past. She wants no part of this, but when a friend asks for help in locating her sister who has vanished, she reluctantly agrees. When she exhausts all other options, she learns that she must harness the power of her gift, in order to help her friend.
