A continuation of the story of Mary and Charles from Theodosion’s first book in this series, The Missing Link: The Story of Charles. Mary encounters an unknown being, who is introduced to her as a healer. Mary soon realizes that there is something quite different about Charles and she soon ends her friendship. Charles follows Mary all the way to the Vatican to marshal his dark forces.
