It Could Be Worse

Somewhere in the near future, not that that's terribly important, one Mr. N. "Rals" Ralston is increasingly regretting his latest contract. A soldier-of-fortune stuck in the middle of nowhere fighting a mysterious enemy under an inexplicable set of rules and making no headway whatsover, Rals is feeling the ticking of the clock extra hard these days. He's not sure what he wants out of life, but he's aching for it desperately. Maybe the reluctant assassin will find some help from one of his fellow squadmates, though hopefully not from that stuck-up stealth specialist Pini.
