This is a collection of short stories covering a number of genres. They were written between 1970 and 1984. Many of them were broadcast on BBC Radio Humberside. Band of Gold is set in my hometown of Hull in the United Kingdom giving it a real feel. I was tempted to call the book Volume One as there is sure to follow another volume in the future.
