The Sensitive

Thirteen-year old Fynn escapes from an orphanage, leaving behind an ancient necklace given to her by her mother. She discovers she isn't from this dimension and that there are others. They have one chance to go home but the necklace is the key that unlocks the gate. Fynn must steal it back and they must find the gate before they are caught by trackers and get stuck in this world forever.
