Bloody murders at Holcombe Manor in 1885 leave the police baffled. Everyone has been killed except one man who has disappeared. Perhaps he is the culprit? Except that he has no motive. And that’s the problem: there seems to be no motive for anyone to have committed the murders. Finally, a suspect is arrested, tried, convicted and hanged. 75 years later, history repeats itself.
