Daughter of the Great Shadow

Classical science fiction swashbuckling continues! In this sequel to "Concubines and Obelisks" the Great Shadow, Devourer of Worlds has been vanquished. Having lost contact with him, his army of Concubines has stopped fighting. Adam takes this opportunity to make peace with the invading women. All is hopeful until Umbra, Daughter of the Great Shadow comes to Telluria. She endorses the peace talks, but only to play a murderous game of vengeance.
