Hedge fund manager Jonathan Hendricks is the prime suspect in a drive-by shooting of a drug dealer. Det. Arnold tries to find the connection between Hendricks and the drug dealer, keep bumbling DEA agents Allen and Brady out of his hair, and get married to lawyer girlfriend Melinda Devereaux.
