Blood stains the white beach of Watchman's Point near the town of Mont Fort. Nameless and faceless, a killer is preying on young women, leaving their lifeless bodies on the beach. Tensions raise as Chief of Police Joe Novelli discovers that these pointless murders are part of a killer's game with one goal, to kill a woman that stands in the way of another's lust.
