Lanina Johnson is a student at Green Forest High School in Green Forest, Arkansas. Her teacher is Mrs. Annette Phillips. Lanina is the winner of the 2013 Writer’s Resource 1st Annual Young Writer’s Children’s Book contest. Lanina says that her book deals with sexual stereotyping of young children and how we should let children freely choose who they want to be.
