Phil Brole, a successful, retired man, hits the streets and public transit of New York City to make the Thanksgiving Day Parade. However, Phil's not attending the parade for the floats. Instead, he's hitting the buses and the crowd to find like-minded women who love the touch of a mysterious man in a public setting.
