First, there was Honey-B-Healthy. Soon Mann Lake entered the arena with Pro Health and Kevin Jester added his product and called it Essential-B. All three are commercially prepared mixes of lemongrass essential oil, spearmint essential oil and an emulsifying solvent.

Now, with food grade ingredients, you can formulate your own mixture for about 1/3 the cost. I will show you the ingredients and where to purchase them.
