Matt,a minor demon executed and condemned to Hell in Victorian times for killing a relative of the prime-minister is brought to 21st century London. Beulah,a seven foot tall,250 pound dominatrix of a hell-hag instructs Matt to swap the souls of an irritating ambitious celebrity and a drunken law-student who is about to drop out of university. This is supposedly to satisfy a frivolous bet with another gambling demon,but does she have hidden malice in her intent ?
