A Soap Slippery Bath Imp

Not all mysteries and puzzles have been solved in the 20th and 21st century. Some important ones like "Why does the plug pop out when I'm having a bath?" This used to be a big problem. People had known why for hundreds of years, but they just did not know how to solve the problem. So, over 200 years ago, huge rewards were offered and our hero, Billy Twinkletoes, who was really good at eeling, decided he would like to earn the reward. In his mind he knew what he would spend the reward on. But from experience, he knew his task was not going to be easy. The little imps responsible had some very tricky moves and he had to practice to combat them.
