My Father's Wife

Abraham Portman’s father died and leaves a letter offering Abraham ten thousand pounds if he takes out his wife for six months. Abraham had not seen his father since he was six and he regarded it as a very strange request. If Abraham had realised that his father’s request would put his life and those of his family and friends at risk, he would have thrown the letter in the bin.
