Judy Long is a fourteen-year-old schoolgirl. Her ordinary life is turned upside down and the world turns against her. Even though she has no one to help her she decides fight back. Mary Bent’s dream is to be a Crown Court judge. To make her dream come true she has to destroy someone else’s dream. Destroying dreams always has a consequence.
