Buffalo City Czar

For Julius Smith there was no aging patriarch of an organized crime dynasty to transfer control of his clandestine empire to him. At seventeen-years-old, he built his Black Crime Syndicate from the bottom, and morphed into the Buffalo City Czar. Set in the late eighties to the early nineties Julius Caesar takes the country by storm and builds a mafia powerful enough to rival the Italian mob and the United States Government.
