Strength, endurance, perseverance, determination, camaraderie, and freedom are some of the attributes I hope you rediscover in yourself with these meditations. The Room is for those times when you need a little something extra to get through the day, but are having trouble finding it. Lastly, Cleansing the Soul will help you clean your internal house when it seems too cluttered and confusing.
