Dark Nation: Kate

Kate was holding the edge of her blade tightly. Sam had just walked into the diner and was grinning at her. Andrew was telling her to wait because they were their to meet with Sam. Kate wasn't listening, they had been lovers before, but they hadn't spoken since WWII when Sam had left her impaled on a wall. She was very angry, but even if her vampire speed was fast, Sam was immortal too, stronger and faster, but much older then her or any other vampire. She wanted to drain him and screw him, but she didn't even know what he was. But hey, Kate was Kate, she still took a swing at him.
