What Would I Do Without You ?

Sue is 55,childless and in a loveless marriage of 33 years to a retired bank manager,Eric. He cares more about his hobbies and club memberships than he does her,treating Sue like one of his possessions. She gets through life by imagining how wonderful things would be if she were a widow. She would never harm Eric,but things had to be better than her current humdrum existence. The up-and-coming quayside area,with its art galleries,charming cafes and curio shops would be an inspiring place to be. The old warehouses have been converted into trendy flats with river-views. Sue would be sure to be happy living there. She could take a lover.Then something happens which alters things forever.
