this is a story about two sisters who moved from the rural areas to the city of joburg. the elder sister was already in the city when her younger sister joined her. the elders sister -boniswa- was married to a wealthy man. the man -jose- offered the younger sister a sponsorship to allow her to further her education. stella could not beleive her luck and she vowed to become a professional woman. she became an attorney and eventually became a magistrate. however, jose turned out to be her father and her emotions turned upside down. her sister had suddenly become her step-mother.
