Advanced Citizenship is the perfecting of Christians that takes place once faith is no longer a part of mans character. It is the actual manifestation of our salvation when man can have a face to face relationship with God on Earth. Whats of interest is that this relationship happens AFTER you have been to Heaven and Satan has been released from prison, the vast majority of all the Saints that were in Heaven and were deceived by Satan end up in Hell.
