The Soul of an Author

Mr. Dunhill may seem like your typical curmudgeon, but he actually has a soft side. Moping around the house as usual, the author contemplates his life of writing and of complaining in the most profoundly simple way possible. But could it be there is a purpose and a reward for suffering for one's art?
