Buy a small isolated cabin in a woods, and inevitable comparisons with the ‘Walden Pond’ cabin of iconic author Henry David Thoreau begin immediately. Decide to write memoires describing your first year of ownership of that cabin, and one feels Thoreau’s guiding hand with each word and idea.
