Tom Gardiner was an anarchist punk in his formative years. Throughout his life he’s faced adversity on several occasions, including life-threatening trauma. Stuck in a job he no longer enjoys, he feels trapped and helpless.

So when the older, but not necessarily wiser Tom takes an interest in the allotment lifestyle as a way of escaping life’s troubles, he doesn’t know that he will once again have to fight back against the system and also confront several demons from his past.

‘Dig For Anarchy: Cultivating a Revolution’ takes the reader on a dark, bittersweet comedy of errors, portraying the personal as well as the social struggle of a man who is set to put the small world in which he lives to rights.
