Despite her rough pastime, Nigeria increases significantly into a formidable nation respected by Africa and the World by 2021. Soon deflated by nonchalance, ignorance, and an overly vaunted glory, the country returns to a cesspool of corruption, political lies, and media propaganda as everyone who is someone in society employs whatever means necessary to sway the nation's polity in their favour.
In its climax, one man, Timi Smith, refers to his all but elusive Green Light Syndrome. The very plague Timi hypothesizes to be at the core to the stagnation of the nation's true eternal legacy.
