Marmaduke Sloppitt is quite possibly the brainiest 10 year old ever. But when he starts talking nonsense and is admitted to St Vernon’s Ward for Strange and Unusual Diseases this is only the start. Soon the hospital is overwhelmed by people with the same problem...they’re all talking gobbledygook and not making sense at all… and there are hundreds and hundreds of them… and what’s more they’re all related to Marmaduke!

The Giggledream Room has been cursed and someone is creating nightmares!

It soon becomes clear that this is The Evil Doctor Dreebil’s latest attempt at general nastiness.

Morris, his friends and the Wizzers once again have to deal with his attempts at making their lives a misery. To make matters worse this time Dreebil is not alone…he has supporters ready to help him with his devious acts which can only mean more trouble…

Can Morris and his friends thwart Dreebil’s plans, halt the endless queue of gibbering patients being sent to St Vernon’s, and stop the hospital from being closed? Or is this really the end for St Vernon’s Ward for Strange and Unusual Diseases?
