Little Tommy Big Beliefs

Tommy is a little boy living in a world with big beliefs. This kids book is aimed at encouraging a world where people are curious and seek answers to their questions.The story is focused on Tommy and his mother who go grocery shopping and, along the way, see people who are different than them. Tommy asks his mother big questions about people they see while going grocery shopping and each answer is related to a religion: such as a Jewish kippah. The book strives to be inclusive by focusing on some of the more prominent beliefs in North America but also acknowledging that everyone is different and that this is a good thing. Tommy learns that no matter what other people believe, even if it is different from his beliefs, he can show them love, acceptance and respect. One of the major goals of this book is to help children learn about other religions as well as to help parents have a few answers. "Little Tommy Big Beliefs" is written for the younger population but is a great educational tool for some older children. Parents that have read the book prior to release all say they learned something about a religion that they never knew, which only shows that this book really can be a great tool for everyone!
