Death by a Thousand Cuts- A Retail Misadventure

This is a tremendous telling of the "worst year in the life" of the author when she pursued her dream of owning her own home decor/art shop in Billings, Montana. In one year she eloquently and humorously describes everything that goes wrong. From HVAC systems that don't work to painters tumbling off of ladders it's an easy to read, funny retelling of her 12 months in retail. There's lots to enjoy, whether learning some of what can go wrong in small business to sharing the insights of the author as she highlights her life as a shop owner. With several photos illustrating the shop, this book is a must read.
