Grimhilda!: a Fantasy For Children and Their Parents

The parents of eight-year-old Toby are so busy living their own lives that they don't have much room for their son. Time after time they leave him with babysitters while they rush out to yet another 'important' engagement. As the story begins, Toby is waiting to meet a new babysitter. When she appears she seems strange and cold, and rather scary,unlike any of his previous babysitters. She hustles Toby off to bed, and makes sure the parents leave the house quickly. Toby goes to sleep but wakes to find that his toys are alive and telling him that the babysitter has kidnapped his parents, and he will need to go and rescue them if he wants to ever see them again. Fortunately, he doesn't have to make the rescue attempt on his own...
